BAL Products supplied by us to which this 25 year
guarantee applies are guaranteed to be free from
manufacturing defects and when applied to remain fit
for the use for which they are specified by us for a
period of 25 years from purchase provided the following
conditions are met:

Conditions of Guarantee
1. The products must have been used strictly in accordance with all our instructions and
technical data (including product information and specification sheets) current at the time
of purchase and good working practice.
2. The installation must have been properly maintained and not affected by any abnormal
conditions, must not have suffered any improper use or neglect, and no remedial work
must be tempted except with our prior written agreement.
3. The products must have been stored as specified in their packaging instructions and
have been used within their shelf life.
4. Any failure must be reported immediately to us. We must be given such information,
particulars, facilities and assistance we require to investigate the claim.
5. Products must not have been used with products from any other manufacturer which
has not been validated by us.

Liability
Our liability under this guarantee is limited to the reasonable cost of materials (including
replacement product) and labour (excluding travel costs) incurred during remedial work,
and excludes, in particular, consequential loss direct or indirect including but not limited
to wasted time, materials and expenditure or loss of use, profit, production, revenue,
expected savings or goodwill. This guarantee does not affect the statutory rights of
consumers.
